Product description
304 stainless steel wooden door hinges are made of 304 stainless steel. Because stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and high-strength, it can keep the surface smooth and durable for a long time. Due to the superior material of stainless steel hinges, it can resist moisture and corrosion, making it the first choice in home door products. This hinge has a unique design and can be installed on one side of the door and one side of the door frame, so that the door can be opened and closed smoothly under the support of the hinge without the need for additional support structure, saving installation costs and space. The hinge has a compact structure and flexible operation, which can effectively reduce the friction between the door and the door frame and extend the service life of the product.
Certain tools, such as electric drills and screwdrivers, are required during installation to ensure that the installation position is accurate and firmly fixed. At the same time, during use, check whether the connection part of the hinge is loose frequently and tighten it in time to prevent accidents. It has the characteristics of high-quality stainless steel, durability, and easy installation. It can effectively support and protect the opening and closing of the door, making home door products more stable and beautiful.
Hinge installation position:
(1) Before installation, check whether the hinges match the door and window frames and sashes.
(2) Check whether the hinge groove matches the height, width and thickness of the hinge.
(3) Check whether the screws and fasteners connecting the hinges are matched.
(4) The connection method of the hinge should match the material of the frame and sash. For example, the hinge used for a steel-framed wooden door has one side connected to the steel frame welded, and the other side connected to the wooden door sash is fixed with wood screws.
(5) If the two leaf plates of the hinge are asymmetrical, it should be identified which leaf plate should be connected to the sash and which leaf plate should be connected to the door and window frame. The side connected to the three-section axis should be fixed to the frame, and the side connected to the two-section axis should be fixed to the door and window.
(6) During installation, ensure that the axis of the hinge on the same sash is on the same plumb line to prevent the door and window sash from bouncing.
