All-Copper Split Door Locks Manufacturers

(1) Open the lock body hole and the connecting pipe pair hole on the door leaf, and open the buckle box hole on the door frame.

(2) Install the lock body into the door leaf and fix it with the lock body screws; embed the plastic buckle box and stainless steel buckle plate into the door frame in sequence and fix them with the lock body screws.

(3) Fix the connecting pipe on the lining with matching short screws, and fix the four linings on the door leaf with matching long connecting pipe screws. (Or use small self-tapping screws to fix it on the door leaf)

(4) Insert the square bar into a handle ring, align the slot of the square bar with the handle top screw hole, and use the handle top screw to fix one side of the square bar to the handle.

(5) Insert the handle ring with the fixed square bar into the square center hole of the lock body to cover the lining. Insert the other handle ring into the other end of the square bar to cover the lining. Tighten the handle top wire and the handle ring collar. Silk.

(6) Cover the two lower inner linings with the two gourd eye rings, pass the lock core through the gourd ring, lock body, and gourd ring in sequence from the room, fix the lock core screws, and tighten the two gourd ring necklaces. (Make sure the two are linked and there is no gap)
